Our Programme and Project resource are qualified to practitioner level in both Prince 2 and Managing Successful Programmes.
Our aim is to add value and "roll our sleeves up" by being hands on and involved in the delivery, not just setting up and managing programme governance.

PMO and PA support
Support functions are often over looked but can be key to the success of a programme.
We have both PA and PMO resource with over 20 years experience.
The PMO function is integral to assisting programme teams and ensuring governance is in place to deliver successfully.
The PA role is critical in providing Senior Management with the support they need to perform their role.
